PURPOSE: To enable the recovery of a jig, by not only setting a skin to the jig but also heating the same to send both of then between upper and lower molds by feeding in and feeding out the jig with respect to the upper and lower molds while changing a feed-in level and a feed-out level by two-stage type roller conveyors with flanges capable of being raised and fallen and pressing the skin and a base material before changing the heights of the roller conveyors.
CONSTITUTION: A base material is fed in the gap between upper and lower molds 14, 6 by a chain conveyor 7. After a skin was set on a jig 10 by a skin setting machine, the skin is heated by a heater and, succeedingly, the jig 10 is sent into the gap between lower roller 21b with flanges and, at the same time, a motor 22b with a speed reducer is driven for a required time to feed the jig 10 to the lower position between the upper and lower molds 14, 6. Subsequently, the piston rod 15a of a cylinder 15 is retracted to fall roller frames 20, 20 and the rollers 21b with flanges not only to place the jig 10 on a stopper 11 but also to separate the same from the rollers 21b with flanges and, succeedingly, the piston rod 19a of a cylinder 19 is retracted to widen the feed width of the rollers 21b with flanges 21b to enable the passage of the jig 10.
