Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for peeling the skin of a sausage, etc., capable of minimizing noise and improving the working environment.
CONSTITUTION: This apparatus 1 for peeling a sausage is obtained by installing a conveying means 9 for conveying the sausage 4 in the longitudinal direction (L) thereof, a steam ejecting means 13 for blowing steam on the sausage 4 conveyed with the conveying means 9, a cutter for forming a notch in the conveying direction (L) of the sausage 4 in a meat stuffing part 2, a pneumatic means 20 for aerodynamically peeling off the skin of the sausage 4 in which the notch is formed by the cutter and a sound insulating means 22 for insulating noise produced by the pneumatic means 20.
