Abstract:

To provide an apparatus having a pneumatically operating sealing device which is improved compared to a conventional type apparatus and can prevent the inside of a casing from contamination when a seal is broken.

Second sealing elements 30, 30a and 30b having annular structures are arranged on the side adjacent to the inside 16 of the casing. When a first sealing element 20 is broken, the second sealing elements 30, 30a and 30b work as a preventive device to prevent the penetration of contaminants into the inside 16 of the casing.
