Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device for washing metallic parts by an org. solvent which is simple in construction and contributes to a cost reduction without allowing the org. solvent to leak out.
CONSTITUTION: This apparatus for washing the metallic parts by the org. solvent has a washing tank body 20 which is formed of a hermetic washing tank 21 housing wash, a heater 25 for generating the vapor of the solvent and a water cooling type cooler 26 for condensing and liquefying the org. solvent; a solvent recovering device 30 which is formed of a gas heater 33 and an active carbon tank 32 for adsorbing the org. solvent; a deodorizing device 40 which discharges the gas in the washing tank to the outdoor air; a solvent tank 29; a distituatory 50; pipings and ducts which communicate these elements to each other and valves and dampers which are disposed at the required points thereof. The washing apparatus is constituted by connecting the gaseous phase section in the lower part of the washing tank 21 of the first invention and the distiller 50 by a communicating pipe 52.
