Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segmenting/weighing apparatus having a structure for recovering a partially vacant state regardless of the state in which a raw material is stacked when the raw material is taken into a segmentation cylinder from a hopper.SOLUTION: A segmenting/weighing apparatus 1 comprises: a segmentation cylinder 4 connected to a discharge port 3a of a hopper 3 housing a raw material 2, and for segmenting the raw material 2 while rotating; rotating means 5 for rotating the segmentation cylinder 4; an outer cylinder 4 mounted on the segmentation cylinder 4; and an attachment member 8 engaged with a rear end portion of the outer cylinder 4a on the hopper 3 side, and for taking in the raw material while rotating together with the outer cylinder 4a. The segmenting/weighing apparatus 1 further comprises: a cylindrical member 4c arranged inside the outer cylinder 4a along a rotation center (a) of the outer cylinder 4a, and for taking in the substantially spherical raw material 2 to the inside of the outer cylinder 4a and conveying; and a coiled spring 4d wound around an outer peripheral surface 4cc of a discharge port 4ca at a tip end of the cylindrical member 4c.
