PURPOSE: To prevent the antenna basement from being damaged or contaminated by the waves the rain and the like and thus avoid the fault caused by the incomplete insulation, by attaching the antenna basement onto the construction above the water via the insulator along with installation of the special cover.
CONSTITUTION: Antenna 2 having a number of stays 1 is installed on the upper surface of construction 3 above the sea level, and antenna basement 2a is attached to shaft 6 of substrate 5 attached on the upper surface of the structure and via plural number of insulator 4. Furthermore, side vover 7 is provided as if it surrounded structure 3 along with upper cover 8 attached to the upper part of basement 2a in the water-tight way each. Cover 7 is then fixed to structure 3, and cylindrical part 9 is formed with internal and external projection parts 10 and 11 which protrude in the flange form toward the upper part obliquely from the entire upper edge circumference of part 9. Then web 12 is formed outside part 9. And the necessary space is secured between basement 2a and cover 7 as well as between basement 2a and cover 8 each. In addition the necessary space is secured also between basement 2a and structure 3. In this way, basement 2a can be prevented from being damaged or contaiminated by the waves, the rain or the like.
