To provide an arrangement structure of a projecting beam constructible with less number of parts, sufficiently securing the strength and waterproofness of a joint portion, and is improved in construction efficiency, and a balcony framework using the arrangement structure.
In this arrangement structure of a projecting beam 22 projecting from a floor frame 1 attached to a building body side horizontally, the projecting beam 22 extends through a through-hole 11a formed in a girt 11 which constitutes the floor frame 1 and projects from the floor frame 1 outward. The end of the projecting beam 22 disposed in the floor frame 1 is affixed to a member 14 which constitutes the floor frame 1. A bracket 4 for affixing the projecting beam 22 to the girt 11 is disposed on the projecting beam 22 at the position of the through-hole 11a. The projecting beam 22 is affixed to the girt 11 with the bracket 4 interposed therebetween while extending through the through-hole 11a.
