Abstract:
To provide an artificial intelligence system for superfamily classification of protein for classification of protein family which improves robustness, convergence and exactness by utilizing fuzzy interface logic in a neutral network.
In the artificial intelligence system for the superfamily classification of protein for the classification of the protein family, an initial stage of the classification is performed and processing speed is improved by utilizing the fuzzy interface logic in the neutral network and utilizing a content addressable memory.
