Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asymmetric synthesis method to industrially, advantageously and efficiently obtain an optically active organic phosphorus compound.
SOLUTION: In the asymmetric synthesis method of the organic phosphorus compound represented by general formula (3) (wherein R1 and R2 are each a monovalent organic group, a hydrogen atom or a hydroxyl group. R1 and R2 are not the same groups. A is a sulfur atom or an oxygen atom. Q is an organic group formed by eliminating active hydrogen. * is asymmetric phosphorus atom), a racemate of a halogenated organic phosphorus compound represented by general formula (1) (wherein R1, R2 and A are equivalent to the above. X is a halogen atom) and an active hydrogen-containing compound represented by H-Q (wherein Q is equivalent to the above) are reacted in the presence of a base and a chiral phase-transfer catalyst.
