The apparatus includes a communication means for performing a communication with the other machine in which a stealthy glance determining means includes an other machine stealthy glance determining unit for determining the stealthy glance in the other machine based on a photographed image of imaging means, and the communication means is configured to output stealthy glance related information based on a determination result of the other machine stealthy glance determining unit.
