To provide an attachment for scrapping a drum can with a configuration for a user to hold edges of a body plate of the drum can assuredly.
This attachment for scrapping a drum can has a first holding plate 17 on a leading end of a back hoe type bucket 14 mounted on an arm of a hydraulic shovel. A swing arm 15 is fixed pivotedly on the arm of the hydraulic shovel in a manner that the arm 15 comes close to or goes away from a hydraulic cylinder 16 against the opening surface of the bucket 14. There is provided a second holding plate 19 on the leading end of the arm 15, for holding a target object between itself 19 and the plate 17, approaching to the plate 17 by extension of the cylinder 16. There is provided a cutter on the end of the arm 15 in such a manner that the cutter is not projected to the plate 17 side further than the leading end of the plate 19 and the cutter is projected into the longitudinal direction of the arm 15 further than the plate 19.
