To keep a constant stirring condition always because a condition of an inner wall of a reaction vessel and a condition of a substance in the reaction vessel affect a stirring condition in the reaction vessel greatly in case of non-contact stirring by acoustic wave in stirring for mixing a sample poured into the reaction vessel with reagent.
Factors affecting a stirring condition are classified according to level in advance, and an acoustic wave generation condition is optimized in accordance with the level per reaction vessel. Moreover, the stirring condition is measured and confirmed using a standard sample and reagent. If the stirring condition fluctuates from the optimum condition, a stirring parameter is changed, and a program for keeping the constant stirring condition always is provided.
