Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain sure operation guide and proceeding to the next step, by continuing operating guide on a display section until a prescribed time is elapsed independently of unloading of a medium as an unloading guide of a transaction medium. CONSTITUTION:The automatic transaction device checks the transaction state in a message with a host computer and when the transaction is not established, an operating guide of operation of a cancellation button is displayed on a CRT display section 7. When a customer depresses a cancellation button from a keyboard 6 according to the operation guide, the display section 7 displays the operation guide of ''The message is cancelled, please take out the slip'', and the slip is discharged from a slip takeout 10. Since this operation guide is displayed for a prescribed time unconditionally, the customer can read surely the display attains the operation, and even if the customer forgets to take out the slip, the customer proceeds surely to the next step.
