PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction machine allowing a user to input a contact address using an appropriate input means when an input device with guidance gets failed.SOLUTION: When an input device gets failed, a state check is carried out on the input device. When the input is possible on the input device, a guide is given to carry out the input. When the input is impossible on the input device, a guide is given to carry out the input using another means. With this, user-friendliness is improved.
