PURPOSE: To obtain an automotive exterior material excellent in stiffness, resistances to heat, chemicals, impact, and scratch, etc., by bringing specified amts. of a specific propylene polymer, a specific cycloolefin polymer, and an amine into contact with each other.
CONSTITUTION: A specified amt. of a modified propylene polymer obtd. by modifying a propylene polymer with an unsaid. carboxylic acid (deriv.), a specified amt. of a modified polymer obtd. by modifying, with an unsaid. carboxylic acid (deriv.), at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of a random cycloolefin copolymer obtd. by reacting ethylene with a cycloolefin of formula 1 (wherein n and r are each 0 or 1; m is 0, 1, or higher; and R1 to R18, Ra, and Rb are each H, halogen, a hydrocarbon group, etc.) or formula II (wherein p and q are each 0, 1, or higher; m and n are each 0-2; and R1 to R19 are each H, halogen, an aliph, alicyclic, or arom. hydrocarbon group, alkoxy, etc.) and having specified physical properties, a ring-opening (co)polymer obtd. from the cycloolefin of formula I or II and having specified physical properties, and a hydrogenation product thereof, and a specified amt. of an amine are brought into contact with each other.
