Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to fill up a pit hole with a filter even when a pull-out removal of an underground pipeline breaks down a part of a pit hole formed underground by its removal.
CONSTITUTION: A flexible hose member 2 is installed where the tip of a hose 3 is installed to the hose member and a spiral blade 4 is installed around the peripheral part. A gaseous body 6 is discharged from an opening section 8 of the hose member 2. While rotating the hose member 2 in the advancing rotary direction which forces the hose member 2 to advance by contact with the pit hole 1, the hose member 2 is inserted into the pit hole 1. When the insertion of the hose 2 into the pit hole 1 is over, the rotation of the hose member in its rotary direction and the discharge of the gaseous body 6 from the opening section are halted. Then, the hose member 2 is pulled out from the pit hole 1 while the filler 7 is being discharged from the opening section of the hose body 2.
