Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high clarity back washing and to save equipment by forcibly feeding a filtrate treated by other filter module directly to a filter module to be back washed to prevent the incorporation of contamination from the outside.
SOLUTION: A 1st filter module 111 lowered in filter capacity is backwashed by forcibly feeding the filtrate filled in a 2nd filter module 112 to the filter membrane of the 1st filter module 111 from a direction opposed to the passing direction of an original liquid with the working of a circulating pump 14 stopped, a 1st filtrate automatic valve 16 closed and a positive displacement backwashing pump 19, which is mounted in a filtrate introducing pipe 18, operated to remove suspended materials and the like clogged in the filter membrane. On the other hand, the 2nd filter module 112 deteriorated in filtration performance is backwashed by forcibly feeding the filtrate filled in the 1st filter module 111 directly to this filter membrane of the 2nd filter module 112.
