To provide a bar handle mounting structure for a vehicle with a simple structure, a small number of parts and excellent assemblability.

A recess 54 is formed on a top bridge 41, front and rear female screws 55, 56 are provided maintaining the same distance from the center C of the recess 54, and a protruded fitting part 61 fitted to the recess 54 is integrally provided in a lower block 44. front and rear bolt holes 63, 64 are formed maintaining the same distance from the center C of the fitting part 61 and a lower bar receiving recess 65 in which the bar handle 15 is inserted is provided in a position offset from the center C of the fitting part 61 at a specified distance δ. Front and rear bolt holes 67, 68 facing the front and rear bolt holes 63, 64 are formed in an upper block 45, respectively, and an upper bar receiving recess 66 facing the lower bar receiving recess 65 is formed. By this constitution, the bar handle can be set in two positions in front and back with the simple structure and a small number of components.
