PURPOSE: To simplify taking off work for a finishing can by automatically suspending the rotation of a rotating drum when a retainer for the finishing can corresponds to an intake.

CONSTITUTION: A rotating drum 6 is rotatably provided in a 4 having an intake 3 for a finishing can 2 with a horizontal axis 5 as center. Retainers 8 for the finishing can 2 are rotatably provided in the rotating drum 6 with pivotal axes 7 in the same direction as the horizontal axis as center. Driving means 9 for rotating the rotating drum 6 is provided. Also provided are sensor means 25 for detecting that a retainer 8 for the finishing can 2 reaches the position corresponding to the intake 3, brake means 20 for suspending the rotation of the rotating drum 6, and control means 27 for actuating the brake means 20 by a detecting signal from the sensor means 25.
