This base-isolated structural body comprises: a stacked rubber structural body having a structure composed by alternately stacking a plurality of hard plates 2 having rigidity and a plurality of rubber plates 1; and an upper flange plate 3a and a lower flange plate 3b mounted on the upper and lower surfaces of the stacked rubber structural body integrally with the stacked rubber structural body, respectively. The base-isolated structural body is composed by forming a plurality of penetrating cavity parts 4 penetrating all of the upper flange plate 3a, the stacked rubber structural body and the lower flange plate 3b in the stacking direction, wherein the total cross-sectional area of the cavity parts is 2-5% of the effective area of the base-isolated structural body.
