Abstract:
To provide a water discharge device for a bathtub capable of discharging a belt-like water flow extending in a right-left direction from a water discharge port even when a load or a displacement is generated in a lower direction on the water discharge device for a bathtub, and capable of discharging a water flow high in design properties with a disturbance suppressed.SOLUTION: A water discharge device for a bathtub installed in a bathtub for discharging hot water to the inside of the bathtub includes: a supply port for supplying hot water; a flow passage provided on the downstream of the supply port; a slit-like water discharge port provided to the downstream end of the flow passage, which extends in a right-left direction; and an interval holding part provided to the flow passage for holding an interval in a vertical direction of the flow passage. The flow passage includes a first flow passage provided on the downstream of the supply port and a second flow passage provided on the downstream of the first flow passage. The interval in a vertical direction of the second flow passage is smaller than the interval in a vertical direction of the first flow passage.
