Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the ricketiness of bearing construction of an opening and closing door, increase strength, facilitate its assembly and, at the same time, to make it look better in the bearing construction of the opening and closing door used for an opening of an operating section, an opening of a storage section for an oil tank and others.
SOLUTION: An opening and closing door 3 covering an opening 2 provided to a frame body 1 and lower sections 1a provided to the circumference of the opening 2 is provided, two bearing holes 4 having fitting sections with a specific size are provided to a straight line section 3a on the outside edge of the opening and closing door 3, and bearings 6 fitted to bearing holes 4 are monolithically formed in the front end side sections of fixed plates 5 using a synthetic resin with elasticity having a U-shaped section as a material. Mounting holes are provided to the lower sections 1a located around the bearing holes 4, and locking pieces provided to the bottoms of the fixed plates 5 are fitted to the mounting holes. An interval between joint sections of the fixed plates 5 having a U-shaped section for fixing the bearings 6 is so set that it is larger than a specific size of each of the fitting sections of the bearing holes 4, two fixed plates 5 are monolithically formed in a continuous section 9 with thickness thinner than that of each of the fixed plates 5 and having a U-shaped section through joint pieces 5a opposed to each other, the U-shaped continuous section 9 is curved to fit the bearings 6 to the bearing holes 4, and the locking pieces of the fixed plates 5 are pushed against the mounting holes to fit.
