Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a bearing feed oil temperature from deviating a set value due to the starting condition of a large rotary machine, by a method wherein a control system, in which a detector for a change rate of the temperature of oil, intended to be controlled, is combined with control by comparison of the feed oil temperature with a temperature set value by means of a bearing feed oil regulator, is provided. CONSTITUTION:The output of a temperature detector 4 for detecting the temperature of feed oil in a bearing feed oil line 3 is guided through a temperature signal converter 5 to a temperature regulator 6 to determine a deviation between a set value 7 and the feed oil temperature, and according to such deviation, a bearing feed oil temperature regulating valve 9 for regulating an amount of cooling water entering an oil cooler 11 is controlled by a titled device through the medium of an electropneumatic converter 8. A signal switcher 12 is located between the temperature regulator 6 and the electropneumatic converter 8. A temperature change rate limiter 13 to which an output signal from the converter 5 is inputted, a function generator 14 for a feed oil temperature valve opening control value, and temperature deviation detectors 15 and 16 are located, and when a deviation between a feed oil temperature and a set value exceeds a given value, the signal switcher 12 controls a signal system that the system is switched from b-c to a-c.
