Abstract:
To provide a beer taste beverage having improved sharpness, to provide a method for producing the beer taste beverage and to provide a method for improving the flavor of the beer taste beverage.SOLUTION: The beer taste beverage is a beer taste beverage including a safflower pigment and contains at least one kind of 0.3 ppm or more of isoamyl acetate, 20 ppb or more of linalool and a cacao pigment. The method for producing the beer taste beverage includes a step of incorporating a safflower pigment and a step of performing at least one of adjusting an isoamyl acetate content to 0.3 ppm or more, adjusting a linalool content to 20 ppb or more and containing a cacao pigment.SELECTED DRAWING: None
