Title:
BELT PRESSER PART FOR TIMING BELT COUPLER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3595227
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve an inconvenience of a conventional timing belt coupler with which a lock holding condition is exercised by sandwiching a tooth part of a timing belt between half divided two members to lock by screwing, and connect with only slightly pulling operation after pushing the timing belt to greatly reduce times and manpower.
SOLUTION: When a connecting end part 2A of the timing belt 2 is pushed and entered from a timing belt detaching port 10d of a tool body 10A in the left direction and is pushed to a timing belt hitting part 11a, a rotary lever 10B rotationally falls in a close motion housing condition, and a tooth part 2c of the timing belt 2 is lockingly fitted to a slipping-off groove 11b. When the timing belt 2 is loosely pulled in the direction reverse to a push-in direction from this state, the lock holding part 11c of the rotary lever 10B is locked with a rotary lever locking part 10g of the tool body 10A, and the timing belt 2 is freely connected and held to the belt presser part of the timing belt coupler 10.
