Title:
BELT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005213660
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a belt adsorbing perspiration sticking to the belt inner surface, evaporating and releasing the adsorbed perspiration into the atmosphere and thereby causing no stickiness or unpleasant feeling during use.

The belt body 1 is composed of a covering material 5 having one group of opened air venting holes 7 and a backing material 6 arranged on the inner surface of the covering material 5. The backing material 6 is formed of a mesh fabric of a double raschel structure having a moisture absorbing layer 10 on the inner surface, a moisture releasing layer 11 facing to the air venting holes 7 and an interlayer 12 formed between both the layers 10 and 11. The perspiration sticking to the belt inner surface is adsorbed on the moisture absorbing layer 10, migrates toward the moisture releasing layer 11 in one direction in the interlayer 12 and is evaporated from the moisture releasing layer 11. The evaporation of the adsorbed perspiration can be promoted even by fresh air coming into and out of the air venting holes 7.
