Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill storage device which secures number of stored bills without size increase of the bill storage device comprising a bill storage mechanism thereon, and suppresses a storage error of the bills by extruding bills from a bill reception part surely when a bill press board presses the bills.SOLUTION: The bill storage device comprises: a bill storage part; a pair of bill reception parts; a bill press board; a reciprocating mechanism for moving the bill press board toward the inside of the bill storage part in a direction pressing the bill while maintaining a posture of the bill press board and then returning the bill press board in a standby-state; and one drive means for driving the reciprocating mechanism. Following to the reciprocating movement of the bill press board, the pair of the bill reception parts is moved toward an opposite direction of the bill press board movement direction.
