Abstract:
To provide a pyrolizing apparatus for biomass, preventing blow-through of carbon and ash from a pyrolyzate gas outlet of a downdraft type biomass-gasification furnace and formable of an ash receiver.
A pyrolytic gasification furnace 1 comprises a trunk 3 formed to be cylindrical, and has an oxygen-containing gas inlet 13 and a biomass feeder 10 at the upper part of the trunk, wherein the lower part of the trunk is formed to be a funnel shape 4 and connected with a tubular part 5, a pyrolyzate gas flow outlet 6 is formed on the tubular part, a net-like element 14 is formed in the tubular part to cover the pyrolyzate gas flow outlet 6 and the pyrolyzate gas flow outlet 6 is connected to a dust collector inlet 8.
