Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bio polymer (DNA)-detecting apparatus for performing an entire analysis including a non-reaction sample without requiring any troublesome work such as washing.
SOLUTION: A DNA probe 61 is fixed to an electrode plate 22, and a DC voltage is applied between the electrode plates 22 and 23 for displacing the electrode plate 22, thus separating a sample DNA 63 to be detected. A clearer result can be obtained by performing analysis starting from the ratio of the entire reaction system.
