To provide a bleaching or bleach-fixing concentrated composition which reduces stain due to a residual sensitizing dye in a photosensitive material after processing, is excellent in desilvering performance, ensures little bleach fog and does not cause precipitation or deposition even when allowed to stand at low temperature over a long period of time.

The bleaching or bleach-fixing concentrated composition for silver halide photographic processing has pH 3-7 and 20-60g/l iron ion concentration and contains an iron chelating agent in an amount (mol) 1-3 times the iron ion concentration and at least one triazine compound of formula (I) not having a triazinylstilbene structure.
