To prevent dusts from being scattered into a room by quickly wiping off simultaneously the dusts adhered to both front and rear surfaces of blind blades with two wipers, one convex wiper and the other concave wiper and sucking the dusts into the wipers.

An upper block 1a comprises an upper wiper 2a formed with a concave surface coinciding with a curved surface of a blind blade 12 and having upper wiper suction ports 6a, upper block suction vent holes 7a, an upper block cavity 9a, upper block discharging vent holes 8a and an upper handle 3a. A lower block 1b comprises a lower wiper 2b formed with a convex surface coinciding with the concave surface and having lower wiper suction ports 6b, lower block suction vent holes 7b, a lower block cavity 9b, lower block discharging vent holes 8b and a lower handle 3b. The upper block 1a and the lower block 1b are assembled into one set by connecting the upper handle 3a and the lower handle 3b through a resilient part 5, and further the upper vent holes 8a and the lower vent holes 8b on the discharging side are communicated with a bellows pipe 4 arranged between the upper handle 3a and the lower handle 3b and then a cleaner unit can be connected to a hose 11.
