To provide a blow molding method and a blow molding apparatus capable of reducing molding defects in blow molding.SOLUTION: In a blow molding method and a blow molding apparatus, a parison P is extruded from a die head 10 and mold-clamped with a mold 50 located below the die head 10. The die head 10 drops an upper burr B1 of the parison P on an upper surface of the mold 50.
