Abstract:
PURPOSE: To sufficiently ensure the amount of outside air according to a building management law even during a defrosting operation.
CONSTITUTION: In an outside air treating unit which controls temperature and/or humidity of outside air by means of an indoor machine, at least two indoor heat exchangers 25a, 25b are provided in the indoor machine 13 and when one of the exchangers functions as an evaporator 25a in a defrosting operation, the other exchanger functions as a condenser 25b, and in the defrosting operation, the condenser 25b is used to heat the outside air to introduce it, whereby room temperature in a building is prevented from falling down.
