A human detection terminal detects persons in the vicinity of the weight scale to transmit human detection information to the server via the network. The server determines existence situations of persons except a person to be measured in the vicinity of the weight scale based on the received human detection information. Then, the server generates measurement result notification voice of the content according to the determined existence situations of the persons, and transmits the generated measurement result notification voice via the network so as to output it as the voice by a voice output part.
