To provide a use for effectively utilizing such compost that filth discharged from a livestock production facilities is treated, other than the compost, effective use at a site e.g. and to provide a utilizing system thereof.
This boiler using filth treated solids as fuel comprises a screw conveyor arranged in a horizontal direction for transferring the filth treated solids such as compost as fuel into a combustion chamber, and a pipe arranged encircling the screw conveyor. The pipe is communicated with the combustion chamber and a heat exchanger so that heat from the combustion chamber is distributed through the pipe to the heat exchanger. The heat exchanged gas is exhausted from the heat exchanger, subjected to exhaust treatment and released to the outside air.
