CONSTITUTION: A bracket 10 is provided with bracket main bodies 12 fitted to right and left side frames 4 and 4 respectively, and joint members 13 for joining these right and left bracket main bodies 12 and 12 with each other. The bracket main body 12 is constituted of a base member 24 fixed to a side frame 4 to have a cross section of a neary inverted U shape, a platelike extended piece 29 integrally extended downward from the base member 24 to join the end parts of the joint members 13, and a journal member 32, having a nearly U shape in plan view, joined to the extended piece 29 to Journal a lower arm. The inner side plate 37 of the journal member 32 is overlappedly joined to the extended piece 29, and the upper edge part of the journal member 32 is joined to the base member 24.
