Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake device which can make compatible both the improvement of the decompression responsiveness of a wheel cylinder, and the suppression of the enlargement of an electromagnetic valve, and a brake control method.SOLUTION: A necessary decompression brake fluid amount per unit time for reducing the brake fluid pressure of a wheel cylinder W/C to target brake fluid pressure at a prescribed speed is calculated, the necessary decompression fluid amount and a passable brake fluid amount per unit time of a pressure regulator 24 are compared with each other, and when the necessary decompression brake fluid amount is not smaller than the passable brake fluid amount, the brake fluid pressure of the wheel cylinder W/C is reduced by the pressure regulator 24 and SOL/V IN27, SOL/V OUT28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
