Abstract:
PURPOSE:To secure safety at the time of braking, by leading air pressure in an air spring into a hydraulic control valve, controlling the extent of brake fluid pressure, while when the air pressure is abnormal, warning a driver of this fact, and opening the air pressure to be led into the hydraulic control valve to the atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:When a lever-control device is normal, air pressure in an air spring 9B at an air suspension 9 becomes the value corresponding to live load of a vehicle, led into a hydraulic control valve 19 via an auxiliary conduit 12 and an open nozzle 20, and a set spring of the hydraulic control valve 19 is set to the spring load conformed to the live load of the vehicle. And, hydraulic pressure out of a master cylinder 14 is controlled by the hydraulic control valve 19, and outputted to a disk brake 17. On the other hand, at the time of abnormality, a level detector 21 selects a switch 22, a closing a contact 22B, and a warning lamp 24 is lighted. In addition, the open nozzle 20 is operated, and thereby the air pressure, turned to abnormal pressure, to be led into the hydraulic control valve 19 is opened to the atmosphere.
