Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breakthrough damping device and a control method of a press machine having simple construction, easy maintenance of air bleeding of a hydraulic circuit, etc., and capable of improving positioning precision and shortening a searching time for an optimum position.
SOLUTION: The breakthrough damping device, by a damping hydraulic cylinder 10 arranged between upper/lower dies of a press machine, damps the breakthrough generated when a press machine blanks a stock. In this case, the breakthrough damping device is arranged with an accumulator connected to the damping hydraulic cylinder 10, a reservoir tank 27 to store oil, a fixed discharging means to supply the oil of the reservoir tank 27 to the accumulator in a fixed quantity and to elevate a damping position of the damping hydraulic cylinder 10 by a prescribed distance, a fixed draining means to descend a damping position of the damping hydraulic cylinder 10 by a prescribed distance, a discharging control means to control the, fixed discharging means and a drain control means to control the fixed draining means.
