Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a continuous carrying-in of segments to thereby shorten the assembly time thereof by receiving the segments carried with a plurality of rollers driving by a chain wound around a drive sprocket.
SOLUTION: In carrying segments 1 to cover the inside of a tonnel to an assemble position from a supply position, the segment 1 is placed on a plurality of carrying rollers 3 supported on a support frame 2 so as to be rotatable, and then a chain wound around a drive sprocket 9 by a drive source 8 to thereby rotate the rollers 3. the segment 1 on the roller 3 is carried to a receiving base 15, then the segment 1 supported on rolles 5 of the receiving base 15 is carried to the assembly position of tonnel inner wall by an elector device, and the inner wall is covered thereby. The segment 1 is fed to the elector device through the rotation of the rollers 3 in this way to thereby ensure a continous carrying-in of segments without refersely driving a segment carrying-in device 10.
