Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broaching holder and a broaching method with a small flaring amount of a work side face capable of providing highly accurate straightness of a work machining face in a broach pulling direction in regard to internal broaching of a high hardness material hollow cylindrical workpiece with an HCR of ≥20 at high cutting speed of 10-60 m/min.
SOLUTION: In the internal broaching of the hollow cylindrical workpiece 10, a pressurization face having inner circumferential faces 11a and 11b matching outer circumferential faces is pressurized against the outer circumferential faces of an inlet side 10a and outlet side 10b of the workpiece 10 from four opposing directions of the workpiece 10 by using a hydraulic cylinder 12.
