The cleaning apparatus is provided with the high pressure water nozzle 18 jetting the jet stream water HW, and detergent nozzles 19, 20 provided to surround the high pressure water nozzle 18. The jet stream water HW is covered with detergent jet stream water LW jetted from the detergent nozzles 19, 20.
