Abstract:
PURPOSE: To remotely supervise facility equipments in respective buildings without newly installing an expensive device when a supervised object is small in scale and to take proper measures corresponding to report contents by selecting a terminal device as an destination of distribution according to the time zone wherein abnormality detection information is reported to a supervising device and the contents of the detection information.
CONSTITUTION: If a facility equipment in one building out of a building group A and a terminal device 2a in the building detects the abnormality, the terminal device 2a generate and sends the abnormality detection signal to the communication device 11a of a supervisory center device 10 through a communication line 3. The storage device 13 of the device 10 is previously stored with a data base of the building names and places of respective buildings, facility equipment names, etc. A processor 12 reads a data signal of the detection information out of the device 13, and edits and outputs abnormality data to a supervisory operation device 14 and a printer 15. A handling staff looks at and confirms the print information on the printer 15 and goes to the site.
