PURPOSE: To grasp suitably number of persons in the respective divisions, by measuring the number of the passing persons at the respective junction roads connecting with respective divisions in the building and comparing the measured value.
CONSTITUTION: The inside of the building 1 is divided into 4 divisions in the upper and lower directions from the 1st floor F1 to the 4th floor F4. The section of the respective floors is combined with the junction road at the stair step 3. To an entrance and exit 2 and respective junction roads, devices 5W8 for measuring the number of persons are respectively installed, and thereby the number of persons passing the respective stair steps is calculated. The number of persons in the respective stair steps are calculated by comparing and operating the measured value from these respective devices for measuring the number of the persons.
