This bulkhead gate structure of a vehicle is equipped with a bulkhead gate 5 opening and closing an opening formed between a compartment 3 and a loading space 2. In this structure, the bulkhead gate 5 comprises a bulkhead gate body 10, a pair of hinge mechanisms 30 intervened between the both bottom sides of the bulkhead body 10 and a floor 4, respectively and rotating and supporting the bulkhead gate body 10 in a closing condition for closing the opening and an opening condition for inclining and releasing the opening, and a lock mechanism 40 for locking the top part of the bulkhead gate body 10 to a vehicle body member and holding the bulkhead gate body 10 in a closing condition. An energy absorbing part 12 with restrained rigidity is formed at a bottom center of the bulkhead gate body 10.
