To provide a cable distribution structure which can decrease a curvature of a straddle part where a cable straddles a door glass.
The distributing structure of the cable 22 is constituted by connecting a door-lock means 12 to an operating means 14 and by enabling the door-lock means 12 to be operated by the operation of the operating means 14. The straddle part 24, which straddles the door glass 20, is arranged to the cable 22. Then an opposite-direction area 30 is arranged to the straddle part 24. The opposite-direction area 30 is extended in the direction opposite to the direction where the straddle part 24 approaches from the operating means 14 to the door-lock means 12 as proceeding from the operating means 14 toward the door-lock means 12 along the cable 22.
