To suppress an unnecessary increase in traffic and to increase efficiency in using an SIP server than before.
In a call managing method, a call management system releases, when detecting that one of terminal devices connected on a mobile communication network is disabled (#102), resources secured for the defective terminal device among resources in a call management system which are secured for each calling terminal device (#103 and #108) and transmits a message for ending the call (#112) to a connected terminal devices without transmitting it to the defective terminal device.
