To provide a car washing machine capable of improving a drying finish of lower parts of side faces of a washed vehicle.
The car washing machine is configured so as to rotate a guide rail 51 about a pair of rotary shafts 61 by means of expansion and contraction of a rod 64a of a tilting air cylinder device 64 against a biasing force of a spring body 65, to longitudinally tilt each side nozzle 22 so that wind blows first against upper parts of the side faces of the currently washed vehicle 5 during a washing step. In this configuration, water droplets adhering to the upper parts of the side faces of the currently washed vehicle 5 through a washing process are blown off first by the wind blown by the side nozzles 22 against the upper parts of the side faces of the currently washed vehicle 5 and, even though the water droplets blown off adhere again to the lower parts of the side faces of the currently washed vehicle 5, the water droplets are blown off by the wind blown late against the lower parts of the side faces of the currently washed vehicle 5 as a washing machine body 10 travels, thereby improving the drying finish of the lower parts of the side faces of the currently washed vehicle 5.
