To provide a card use system which can give an incentive to prompt dealers and organizations to which card users belong to use cards, and which can prevent dealers and card users that have almost no use record or perform an unsuitable act and further organizations that use unsuitable funds from growing.
A management computer of a card manager manages information about the dealers and the organizations to which each card user belongs, and the information includes evaluation to each dealer and the organization. Further, the management computer calculates a numerical value representing a rank individually given to each dealer or the organization from the information, and outputs data including a combination of each dealer or the organization and a numerical value representing the rank to rank each dealer or the organization.
