PURPOSE: To make cleaning operation safe, and check the position of a material to be cleaned, from the outside of a cleaning device by providing a chain synchronously operated with a second conveyer, for detecting the position of the material to be cleaned, on the outside of an enclosed cleaning device, and by providing a vertical carrier conveyer to be dipped in a cleaning liquid tank inside.
CONSTITUTION: A driving device 14 is operated, and a material X to be cleaned on a first conveyer is pushed in the direction of an arrow C by a push bar 16 provided on a drive belt 15, and the material is carried on a vertical carrier conveyer 11 of a cleaning chamber 7. The driving device 14 is stopped, and a loading plate 18 on which the material X to be cleaned is loaded, is carried into a cleaning tank 10, the inside of which is filled with am isopropanol cleaning solvent, below the cleaning chamber 7. A chain 3 provided on the outside of a cleaning device main body A is operated synchronously with the second conveyer 2, and the position of the material to be cleaned is detected. Since the driving device of the second conveyer is set to the outside of an enclosed cleaning device, there is no possibility that the cleaning liquid takes fire.
